student voice:

“Senior year, (Senior Seminar specifically), was the most challenging period from my time at UMSL. It pushed me to develop my artistic voice in ways that I hadn't been able to before. I leave with a better understanding of who that artist is and what they want to accomplish in the future. I loved having a real studio space where I could stage and explore my ideas, and the sense of community I felt with the other studio majors. I also feel incredibly lucky to have had professors who were so passionate about their students and who brought so much knowledge and experience to their classes.”
